About The Position

The Supervisor of Concession Bars oversees daily operations of concession bar areas to ensure efficient service, product quality, safety, and an exceptional guest experience. This role is responsible for supervising staff, maintaining inventory and cash controls, and ensuring compliance with food safety, alcohol service, and company policies. This position is a seasonal, event-based role, with a primary duration from April-September.

Requirements

  • Must posess or able to obtain valid alcohol servers' permit.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day operations of concession bar locations during events and peak business hours
  • Lead, train, schedule, and motivate concession bar staff
  • Ensure prompt, friendly, and professional guest service
  • Monitor food and beverage preparation to ensure quality, consistency, and presentation standards
  • Enforce responsible alcohol service and adherence to all local, state, and company regulations
  • Conduct opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reconciliation
  • Monitor inventory levels; assist with ordering, receiving, and stocking supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards across all concession bar areas
  • Handle guest concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist management with staffing needs, performance coaching, and disciplinary actions
  • Prepare basic reports related to sales, staffing, or incidents as required
