Operations Support is dedicated to creating cross-commodity consistency and standards in Operations. The team provides support services guided by best practices and a relentless pursuit for improvement. It has single points of accountability for Work Management & Resource Planning, Execution Support, Business Operations & Process Improvement, and Enterprise Public Works. Operations Support is comprised of approximately 1,000 coworkers. Position Summary Leads teams to ensure compliance with the California Public Utility Commission (CPUC) General Order (GO) 165. Ensures the electric distribution operations system facilities are in compliance with General Orders 95 and 128 through an efficient, compliant execution of GO165 inspections and patrols. PG&E is providing the full salary/pay range for this position. The actual amount paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, and geographic location. The range to reasonably expect will be between the minimum and midpoint listed below. The final decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to the factors above. This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E’s discretionary incentive compensation programs. California Min: $123,000.00 California Mid: $160,000.00 California Max $197,000.00
