About The Position

ION Solar is a rapidly expanding, full-service residential solar company with a strong nationwide presence. Our dedicated team is committed to making solar energy accessible and affordable for homeowners across the country. ION Solar is looking for an upbeat, happy, dedicated, self-starting individual to join our team as a Compliance Lead. You will ensure that each solar project is compliant with HOA, Utility, and AHJ regulations.

Requirements

• Proficient in Excel and Autocad
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Reliability and regular attendance
• Ability to develop solutions to difficult problems
• Computer literacy
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• 2 - 6 Years of Compliance or equivalent job experience

Nice To Haves

• Solar experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Review each project for new requirements that need to be met for permitting and installation
• Communicate with the jurisdictions and build good relationships
• Coordinate with many departments in a company-wide effort to serve our customers
• Play a pivotal role in the communication pathway between field employees, cities, utilities, and the corporate office.
• Assist Manager in daily operations to meet goals and timelines
