This is a hybrid position with the flexibility to be remote on average 50% of the time. Manage projects and programs for Nursing Professional Development and Clinical Services Administration in a manner that meets continuous performance improvement, customer service, financial and delivery requirements that support the mission of Seattle Children's. Provide daily supervision, mentoring, and oversight of administrative staff; and supervision of daily administrative office management and department operations.
