Supervisor Clinic Operations
About The Position
Under the supervision of the Director, directs the day-to-day operations of the assigned physician practice, including financial and personnel management and provides physician support. Exercises independent judgment, discretion and, within agreed upon limitations, makes administrative decisions, and takes action based on knowledge of the organization, its policies and procedures and personnel. Requirements
- Associate's Degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4 years job-related experience
- 2 years leadership experience, which can be met with direct supervisory experience, lead experience, project management experience, or other related experience
