About The Position

As a Clinic Operations Supervisor, you’ll: Supervise staff to include, recruitment, performance management, time clock and the running of daily huddles Monitor and suggest operational changes Oversight of staff schedules and ensures coverage Responsible for training of new staff and re-training of current staff Run reports and confers with management on results Monitor employee productively and provide constructive feedback and coaching Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks Receive complaints and resolves problems Maintain timekeeping Pass on information from management to employees and vice versa Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertakes disciplinary actions in conjunction with management if the need arises. Responsible for daily deposits and petty cash. Participate in conferences and meetings, represent the clinic on organizational initiatives Travels to different clinic sites on a regular basis

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years Healthcare Experience
  • Proven experience as a leader
  • Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines for healthcare
  • Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions
  • Outstanding leadership skills
  • Ability to build trust with physicians and co-workers
  • Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Must be detailed oriented
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
  • Strong sense of discretion and professionalism
