Earn More with Shift Differentials Maximize your earnings with additional hourly pay: +$2/hr -> Monday-Thursday Nights +$3/hr -> Friday-Sunday Nights +$2/hr -> Saturday-Sunday Days What You'll Do: Under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services, the Supervisor, Case Manager oversees the work and supervision of assigned Social Services staff while maintaining a direct care caseload. This role combines leadership and clinical responsibilities to support high-quality patient care and efficient unit operations. Supervisor responsibilities represent approximately 20–25% of the role and include staff onboarding, training, scheduling, timecard oversight, and performance management. Direct care responsibilities represent approximately 75–80% of the role and include performing standard Case Management duties within the Observation Unit. The Supervisor, Case Manager collaborates closely with the interdisciplinary treatment team to coordinate care and discharge planning for patients and their families. This role also partners with internal staff, community providers, and referral sources to ensure continuity of care. The Supervisor supports admissions, discharge planning, collateral gathering, and legal processes while ensuring the unit operates safely and efficiently.
