The Career Center Supervisor (CCS) oversees the workforce activities of the career center while ensuring compliance with workforce program requirements. The CCS is responsible for the appropriate use of workforce resources and materials for the benefit of the customers. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Manages the daily operations of the Career Center and related workforce programs. Informs Manager of customer flow and recommends allocation of staff to ensure appropriate and timely provision of services. Analyzes performance data to provide process and service delivery improvements to meet performance measures and benchmarks. Assesses staff for professional development and provides training to achieve high standards of customer service. Performs other related duties as assigned.
