About The Position

CNO Financial Group is hiring a Supervisor, Agent Recruiting Center for our Bankers Life Brand. The Supervisor, Agent Recruiting Center will lead an onshore recruiting call center responsible for supporting outbound agent recruiting activities for assigned field sales offices. As a key member of the Field Recruiting department, this individual will have a deep understanding of high-volume recruiting and be responsible for effectively partnering with their assigned sales offices to achieve stated agent recruitment goals. Daily responsibilities include managing recruiter schedules and performance, tracking KPIs, and new recruiter onboarding with additional training and CRM support provided as needed. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5 years of experience managing a team of high volume recruiters and/or experience managing a call center.
  • Ability to travel to field offices in Western US 3-4 times annually.
  • Have intermediate Microsoft Office Suite knowledge.
  • Worked with CRM systems in the past.
  • Gained experience in a high volume recruiting or sourcing environment.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently over the phone.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Sharpen software or other similar call center software.

Responsibilities

  • Build a recruiting center through the sourcing, training, management, and retention of external candidates into the recruiter position.
  • Identify and develop high potential recruiters into Team Leaders.
  • Weekly review of center results with performance management of underperforming recruiters.
  • Ongoing coordination with external vendors to coordinate the successful onboarding of new recruiters and manage performance issues.
  • Active daily monitoring of branch office support needs based on candidate lead volumes, with appropriate coordination of recruiter shifts in alignment with branch office needs and expectations.
  • Build positive relationships with branch offices through weekly account management/training sessions between branch office contacts and recruiters.
  • Identify and respond to varying recruiting markets with appropriate strategies to achieve results.
  • Assist in the development and rollout of new recruiting programs and services to field offices.
  • Develop and deliver recruiting training to field offices.
  • Support branch offices with their use of Avature CRM, including calendar updates and branch metrics.
  • Ongoing training and support of field use of Avature, licensed agent scripts, and other recruiting resources.
  • Partner with peers within the Bankers Recruiting Center and Home Office.
  • Measure and drive recruiting KPIs for recruiters and center on weekly and monthly basis.
