In this role, you will shape and scale best-in-class recruiting operations that deliver a seamless, respectful, and data-driven hiring experience. You will design and optimize recruitment workflows, leverage modern technology, and drive continuous process improvement across the talent acquisition lifecycle. Partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership, you will ensure consistency, compliance, and operational excellence. You will balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. As a people leader, you will mentor and develop a growing operations team. This role offers high visibility, strong ownership, and the opportunity to meaningfully impact how talent is attracted and hired at scale.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in recruitment or recruiting operations, including at least 2 years of people leadership or mentorship experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong expertise with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies; experience with Lever is a plus.
  • Proven operational mindset with excellent organizational, analytical, and process improvement skills.
  • Solid knowledge of employment compliance, labor laws, and hiring best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • High attention to detail, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of end-to-end recruiting workflows, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Own and manage the applicant tracking system, maintaining high data integrity while building dashboards and reports to track key hiring metrics and insights.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for recruiters and hiring managers, aligning interview practices and hiring strategies with business objectives.
  • Ensure full compliance with internal policies, labor laws, and regulatory standards across all recruiting activities.
  • Lead special projects and new program launches in partnership with recruiting and business leaders to support evolving hiring needs.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement technology solutions, including AI-driven tools, to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Recruiting Assistants, fostering growth, accountability, and high performance.
