About The Position

The Regional Recruiting Supervisor oversees field recruiting execution across a dedicated Region, providing hands-on leadership to a team of recruiters while acting as the primary talent partner for regional and market leadership. This role balances leadership, coaching, and recruiting ensuring consistent hiring quality, speed, and process discipline. The Regional Recruiting Supervisor drives alignment between recruiters, hiring managers, and business goals through strong partnership, funnel analytics, talent insights, and structured recruiting practices.

Requirements

8-10 years of Technical experience
1-3 years of Supervisory experience
HS Diploma/ GED required
Advanced knowledge of high-volume, multi-location recruiting operations; labor markets for field leadership and skilled-trade roles; structured screening and interviewing standards; and recruiter coaching and escalation management.
Working knowledge of recruiting technology, job advertising platforms, KPI reporting, and hiring compliance, with the ability to interpret data and partner effectively with field leadership to drive consistent hiring outcomes.

Responsibilities

Directly supervise a team of East Region recruiters, providing coaching, performance feedback, and ongoing development.
Manage a large requisition load across multiple markets, ensuring consistent candidate flow and timely movement through the hiring funnel.
Screen candidates based on job requirements, verifying experience, certifications (if applicable), availability, and overall alignment to the role.
Lead team huddles, share best practices, and ensure consistency in process, messaging, and candidate care.
Serve as the first point of escalation for recruiters and hiring managers, resolving issues quickly and professionally.
