About The Position

Under the supervision of the Green Avenue Supervisor and Program Director, the Supervised Apartment Living (SAL) Coordinator supports youth and young adults living independently in supervised apartments or tiny homes. The Coordinator helps participants develop independent living skills, manage personal routines, and navigate daily responsibilities, while ensuring program safety and structure. Responsibilities

• Conduct frequent evening check-ins with SAL and tiny home residents to monitor safety, well-being, and adherence to program expectations.
• Support and guide clients in completing daily responsibilities, including personal hygiene, housekeeping, and time management.
• Provide assistance with client laundry routines, ensuring participants are building self-sufficiency skills.
• Assist with dinner preparation, meal service, and kitchen clean-up alongside or in support of clients (completed within TTH building).
• Help clients manage individual daily schedules, including work, appointments, school, and program activities.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, daily contacts, concerns, and interventions.
• Conduct routine apartment or home inspections and report any maintenance or behavioral concerns.
• Serve as a positive role model and provide mentoring, emotional support, and redirection as needed.
• Collaborate with caseworkers, supervisors, and team members to ensure comprehensive support for each client.
• Must be able and willing to drive clients to appointments, activities, or errands when necessary.
