Requirements

Experience with Bent/Poa greens, Bentgrass tees and fairways and Toro irrigation system.
Self-starter, “hands on” professional in the Mid-Atlantic climate.
Possess or be able to obtain a NJ Pesticide Applicator’s License.
“Can do” attitude is a must!
Minimum 2-year College Agronomy Degree or Certificate. 4 Years Preferred.
Minimum of at least 3+ years as an assistant golf course superintendent.
3 - 5 years in Golf Course Maintenance industry.

Nice To Haves

Mechanical knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform the application and recording of chemical applications on the Club grounds in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Supervise the safe use and maintenance of the golf course mechanical equipment by golf course crew
Supervise and control all expenses associated with Golf Course Operations.
Maintains the golf course at the highest quality possible at all times with an emphasis on positive communication with members and guests.
