About The Position

Southeast Restoration, a faith-based company, is seeking a skilled and proactive
Superintendent to lead field operations and ensure the successful execution of
residential repair projects. As a critical link between the production team,
trade partners, and customers, you will support job site management, maintain
high standards of quality, and ensure projects are completed safely, on

Requirements

• Must have own truck for daily duties
• Available for after hours on-call rotations
• Ability to perform light physical labor
• Minimum 1 year of construction experience; construction management preferred
• Proven ability to manage job sites and lead trade partners effectively
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with construction scopes, scheduling, and quality standards
• Comfortable leveraging technology to track and report project progress
• Motivated to grow professionally within the restoration industry

Responsibilities

• Job Site Leadership: Support daily field operations, coordinate with trade partners, and oversee quality control to ensure work is performed to contract specifications and company standards.
• Communication: Maintain exceptional communication with customers, project managers, and trade partners to set clear expectations and provide updates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Scope & Documentation: Thoroughly understand the contracted scope of repairs and ensure accurate documentation of any changes or issues impacting the project.
• Safety & Cleanliness: Enforce strict safety protocols and maintain clean, organized job sites that reflect SRG’s commitment to excellence.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and other team members to achieve production goals and exceed customer satisfaction.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to developing trade partner relationships for future success.
