Responsibilities

Effectively oversee, monitor and manage all work progression per construction responsibilities matrix from pre-construction through project close
Partner with Project Manager to complete projects on time and on budget
Monitor and/or manage health, safety, and OSHA requirements
Oversee and manage all project site labor ensuring quality performance
Utilize metrics and reports to measure success, drive accountability, and identify improvements
Lead safety, pre-construction, foreman, and team meetings. Maintain robust meeting notes and hold team members accountable to their assigned action items
Provide consistent updates and maintain accurate documentation to support keeping the Project Manager informed
Identify value added opportunities to meet and/or exceed client and stakeholder goals
Monitor and ensure client satisfaction
Monitor and ensure that strong sub-contractor relationships exist
Identify and pursue opportunities to solicit referrals from and/or through clients and stakeholders
