About The Position

Enabled Energy is seeking an experienced Superintendent / Working Foreman to join the EE Delivery Team. The Superintendent will manage specific projects on site under the direction of a Construction Manager, ensuring projects are delivered with high quality, on time, and under budget. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of project management delivery, is proficient in communication, organization, and service skills, and will actively participate in the installation of the contracted solution. This role requires approximately 70% travel across the United States & Canada, with the candidate expected to spend a majority of their time at customer sites managing construction projects and developing relationships with local customer teams. Enabled Energy specializes in retrofitting existing data centers, focusing on energy conservation, HVAC controls, building automation, and system reliability.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of construction experience
Advanced MS Office skills
Familiarity with project management tools
Use of basic hand tools (screwdrivers, wire strippers/cutters, drills, etc.)
Use of specialized power tools (saws, nibblers, impact drivers, etc.)
Experience running control wire following best practices for dressing wire, stripping and landing wire ends, choosing and using proper conduit, fittings, grommets, etc.
Use of electrical meter to verify conductivity and measure voltage, current, power, power factor, etc.
Able to use a computer to configure fans, VFDs, etc.
