About The Position

Alpha Vertical is looking for a Superintendent who knows how to run a jobsite without running over people. This is not a clipboard-only role. This is a boots-on-the-ground, lead-from-the-front, make-it-happen kind of role. You’ll be the field leader who turns plans into progress — driving safety, production, quality, coordination, and accountability across vertical construction projects. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with Project Managers, Foremen, subcontractors, and leadership to keep jobs moving, teams aligned, and standards high. If you know how to own the schedule, solve problems before they become delays, and build crews that perform because they respect your leadership — not just your title — keep reading. About Alpha Inc. Founded and grown in Maui, Alpha Inc. is a locally owned leader in civil construction, vertical construction, drilling, renewable energy, concrete, and infrastructure solutions. We build work that matters — the kind that strengthens communities and leaves a legacy. At Alpha, our values are not wall art. They drive how we lead, how we work, and who we hire: Leading with Heart – We lead with humility, empathy, accountability, and respect. Strength in Unity – We work as one team, across roles and departments, to win together. Alpha Mentality – We bring grit, ownership, high standards, and the drive to keep getting better. As Superintendent – Alpha Vertical, you’ll be expected to live those values loudly, consistently, and credibly in the field. What You Will Do As Superintendent, you’ll be the operational heartbeat of assigned vertical construction projects — translating scope into execution and keeping the field focused, productive, and accountable.
