Where applicable, the Superintendent supervises other maintenance personnel and collaborates with the Manager to develop a preventative maintenance program. Periodic exterior inspections of the building (e.g., caulking, roof, walls, sealing, brick exterior) and painting of apartments and common areas are also part of the duties. The Superintendent performs other work as assigned by the Property Manager or Regional Property Manager, may fill in for other staff during extended absences, and completes additional required training.
