Mechanical aptitude and hand‑tool experience are a plus but not required—we’re looking for motivated individuals ready to learn and work hard. Starting Wage: $15.00 (+$2.30 shift differential 2nd shift) Shifts Available: 1st – Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with some overtime 2nd - Monday – Thursday, 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM with some overtime Weekend – Friday – Sunday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some overtime Location: Faribault North Your Responsibilities: Responsible for maintaining the 5s program to ensure a clean work area. Follow and understand HOMESafe, Personal Choice and company safety manual requirements. Identify and rework defective work pieces to comply with quality standards. Read and interpret blueprints, sketches or product specifications to determine sequence and methods of fabricating, assembling and installing sheet metal products, including machine adjustments and material requirements per engineering requirements. Ability to use hand tools. Operate PIT (Powered Industrial Trucks), obtain PIT License. All other duties as assigned. Your Qualifications: The ability to lift, push, and/or pull materials, stand for majority of the shift, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining proper PPE. The ability to use hand tools for extended periods of time. The ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English. High School Education/GED OR Minimum 2 years of related experience in a manufacturing/production environment. Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
