About The Position
As a Summer Assembly Worker, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality products, including coolers, carts, and kiosks, ensuring they meet company standards for durability and performance. This position involves working with tools, equipment, and assembly instructions.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to work with a team and exercised good judgment in decision making
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Ability to learn how to use various power tools, and hand tools
- Dependable and Reliable worker
- Frequently lift 50 lbs or more
- Standing on feet for an extended period of time
Responsibilities
- Read, follow, and interpret work orders, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
- Construct, assemble, and install parts using various hand and power tools.
- Retrieve and prepare materials for assembly, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Apply various graphics onto assembled products.
- Conduct quality inspections during and after assembly.
- Complete final product cleaning and assist with packaging for shipping.
- Load and unload trailers, shipping trucks, and containers as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
