About The Position

This full-time position supports the helpdesk in Information Technology. The role involves assisting with requests received via phone, ticket, and walk-ins. Key responsibilities include performing essential troubleshooting for various issues related to phones, laptops, desktops, printers, and college-owned A/V equipment. The position may also involve assisting with inventory management and other departmental projects.
