About The Position

The Summer Supply Clerk Intern assists in placing and processing supply orders for our Key Control companies. This includes orders which are placed by phone or by using an online ordering process such as eCommerce. Along with regular order requests, the associate may also work proactively with the customer base to obtain potential orders. Requirements

• Answer incoming calls from customers placing large or small orders.
• Follow Standardized methods of placing orders using software programs.
• Develop an understanding of how the supply products operate with the Key Control systems and offer advice proactively to customers when necessary.
• Sit for an extended amount of time at a computer.
• Offer creative ideas to the Supply Sales team when called upon
