About the Internship: We are seeking a Summer Supply Chain Intern to join our Time to Shine Internship Program at Fossil Group HQ in Richardson, TX. This paid, hands-on program is designed for those who are eager to gain real-world supply chain experience while contributing to meaningful business initiatives. Throughout the program, you’ll gain exposure to planning, sourcing, logistics, inventory management, and cross-functional operations—while learning how Supply Chain enables the timely delivery of products and supports growth at a global lifestyle brand.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 18 years old by the start of the program
  • Excited to work in-person at Fossil Group HQ in Richardson, TX (Mon–Thurs onsite, Fri remote)
  • Understanding of global supply chain & planning both for retail and ecommerce
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets (Excel/Google sheets required)
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Interest in global operations, logistics, and process improvement
  • Eager to learn, collaborate, and contribute in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Support Supply Chain initiatives through meaningful project work that impacts day-to-day operations
  • Assist with areas such as demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, sourcing, production, and logistics
  • Analyze data related to inventory levels, lead times, costs, and service performance
  • Help identify process improvements and efficiencies across the supply chain
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Product Development, Finance, and Operations
  • Partner with a dedicated mentor for guidance, feedback, and professional development
  • Participate in workshops, lunch & learns, and panel discussions focused on supply chain and business fundamentals
  • Present a capstone project to Fossil leadership at the end of the program
  • Bring a curious, analytical mindset and fresh ideas to collaborative team projects
