Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s / master’s degree program.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent work ethic with the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Ability to adapt to ever-changing environments, risks, and vulnerabilities.
  • Strong computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Requires a High School diploma and must be enrolled in an undergraduate program
  • Strong computer skills related to system data entry and reporting
  • Excellent customer service skills and able to communicate effectively
  • Self-directed learner comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge and experience with MS Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Support Draper’s material inventory management process as related to inventory control and production planning
  • Provide analytical and material planner support throughout the various production stages to include purchasing, expediting, managing the kitting for assembly, along with generation of the assembly order data pack
  • Assist with inventory control, data monitoring and cycle counts as well as analyzing obsolete and excess inventory
  • Production planning and analyzing material availability for assembly orders
  • Physical inventory of government and Draper owned equipment
  • Record creation and physical Identification/tagging of equipment
  • Movement tracking, reports, and metrics development
  • Co-op will rotate working between multiple groups within Department to ensure a base knowledge set is experienced for comprehensive professional development.
  • Provide assistance to a team, including, but not limited to, clerical duties, processing paperwork, customer service or performing data entry.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
