About The Position

Camp SOL (Summer of Learning) is a summer bridge program designed to support students who need additional assistance in Literacy and Math during the summer months. The program provides a half-day summer experience that includes experiential learning opportunities, in-house field trips, and meaningful connections with positive, engaging adults. Camp SOL is tentatively planned to operate at four sites: Linton Elementary School, Olander Elementary School, Putnam Elementary School, and Riffenburgh Elementary School. The Summer Program will operate Monday through Thursday from June 1 through June 25. The Site Coordinator will be scheduled to work 7 hours per day, with exact hours determined by site placement. This position also includes 15 hours of required training prior to the program start date, as well as an additional 14 hours available for planning and preparation. Staff training sessions will be held in the evenings throughout the month of May.

Requirements

  • Must have a valid Colorado Educator's License with appropriate endorsement.
