Position Summary: The People & Culture Coordinator supports employee engagement, operational efficiency, and the overall employee experience at HQ. This position coordinates logistics, budgeting, and hands-on support for onsite and offsite events, manages purchase orders and invoices for the People & Culture team, and serves as a welcoming first point of contact at the department’s front desk. The role facilitates weekly new hire orientation sessions for both onsite and remote employees, ensuring a smooth and engaging onboarding experience. Additional responsibilities include supporting internal communications through video and photo shoot coordination and providing general administrative support across various P&C systems and programs.
