As a Summer Retail Associate we are looking for someone to assist in running our outlet store operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and a knack for engaging customers. This position is part-time in Logan UT. Some Saturdays will be required on a rotating basis.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or related roles.
- Some knowledge of retail/customer service software and platforms.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs and company requirements.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment and maintain effective communication and collaboration.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Effective time management and ability to work in a deadline-driven, multi-priority environment.
- Attention to detail and high standards for excellence.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Responsibilities
- Assist customer inquiries within the retail store and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers in finding the perfect swimsuit and ensuring a comfortable and confident fit.
- Follow up with customers to ensure they maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Engage with customers and team members with active listening, patience, empathy, and kindness.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Nani Swimwear’s values and enhancing the customer experience.
