About the Role: Fragomen, an Am Law 100 law firm and the world's largest immigration firm, seeks Summer Associates for its 2026 Summer Associate Program for all U.S. offices. The ideal candidate will have completed 2 years of law school by Summer 2026. This program will run for approximately 10-weeks starting May 27, 2026 and ending August 7, 2026. Under the direction of an Attorney, Summer Associates will become familiar with the laws related to employment-based immigration. This is not a traditional Summer Associate Program. Associate offers are contingent on performance, future business needs and are not guaranteed. How will you make a difference as an Associate at Fragomen? Assist our Associates with case analysis and developing case strategy based on legal research. Prepare employment and family-based applications and petitions based on case strategies developed with Associates and Partners. Draft submissions, pleadings, and presentations to be filed with immigration adjudication and enforcement agencies. Conduct original research on current and proposed regulations, case law, and enforcement procedures. Write memorandums on a wide range of immigration issues, including pro-bono matter. Compensation: The salary range for this role reflects a variety of factors considered in compensation decisions, including but not limited to an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, work location, work arrangement, licensure and certifications, and applicable laws. Placement within the range will vary based on these factors, and compensation decisions are made to ensure internal equity and alignment with market data. A reasonable and good-faith estimate of the current salary range for individuals able to work a hybrid schedule in the office locally is: $75,000.00 - $86,000.00 You may also be eligible to take advantage of our benefits offering, 401K, and paid time off plans. All offers and/or employment contracts are contingent upon the successful completion of the Firm’s pre-employment screening process.
