Requirements

Must be a sophomore or junior or pursuing their Judicial Doctorate or related field
Must be able to commit at least 32 hours a week in office
Able to articulate how they demonstrate time management and organization skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Responsibilities

Organize, maintain, and track contract status
Conduct legal research on assigned topics
Assist with Non-Disclosure Agreements and other similar documents to protect the confidentiality of the company’s proprietary data.
Review trademark and copyright applications and enforcement of the company’s rights to its intellectual property.
Learn and contribute to risk management functions, including insurance policies and ethics
Cross department support including finance, HR, and acquisitions.
Summarizing various legal documents, including contracts with customers , clients, and vendors.
Review, organize, and summarize key legal terms of office leases
Learn and support the use of AI tools and solutions serving the legal team and broader business units
