About The Position

Our 2026 Summer Internship Program is a structured, hands-on rotational experience designed to give interns real exposure to how a modern sales and marketing organization operates. Interns will work as a cohort and rotate through multiple departments, gaining practical experience across sales, marketing, operations, technology, and culture initiatives. This program is ideal for students interested in business, marketing, sales, communications, analytics, or operations who want meaningful work—not shadowing or busywork. As part of the internship cohort, you will rotate through five core areas of the organization: Outbound Sales Assist with data cleansing and CRM hygiene Participate in cold-calling practice and sales enablement exercises Learn outbound sales strategy, metrics, and pipeline fundamentals SEO & Content Marketing Conduct SEO audits and keyword research Perform competitive analysis Support content creation and optimization projects Cloud Services (RevOps & Salesforce) Assist with event planning and promotional support Support social marketing initiatives Contribute to Revenue Operations and Salesforce-related projects Operations Build and segment prospect and contact lists Support internal process documentation and operational efficiency projects Creative, Culture & Corporate Marketing Assist with internal events, sponsorship coordination, and engagement initiatives Support social media and internal communications Gain exposure to employer branding and culture programming Learning & Development Weekly check-ins for mentorship, feedback, and progress tracking End-of-rotation feedback sessions with each department Exposure to leaders across the organization Final Project Interns will collaborate on a final group project and present to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT). The presentation will include: Key learnings from each rotation Observations and insights Recommendations for process improvements or new initiatives

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled college student or recent graduate
  • Interest in sales, marketing, operations, analytics, or business strategy
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Curious, reliable, and proactive
  • This internship is in-person in St. Louis, MO. Candidates must be available to begin in St. Louis at the start of the program. Any planned time away during the program should be disclosed during the interview process.
