You will have the opportunity to learn about our products and services by providing administrative or operations support at the organization. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing degree
  • Interest in Estimating, Project Management, Administration, Operations or Management
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
  • Successful completion of references, employment verifications, background check, drug screen, and driving record (if applicable) required in advance of hire.

Responsibilities

  • Providing support to administration and operation teams
  • Establishing relationships with both internal and external customers
  • Answering customer questions and scheduling customer service appointments
  • Completing assigned projects and special tasks as necessary
  • Processing paperwork requirements for construction projects such as lien waivers
  • Running reports for service and sales departments
