Recruitment process window: March - April 2026 JOB SUMMARY Vantage Bank is seeking students to participate in the 2026 Summer Internship program. Our internship program offers students the opportunity to gain experience in our day-to-day operations and across various departments, including Loan Review, Operations, Commercial Banking, IT, Human Resources, Shared Services, Finance and Accounting.

Requirements

Must be enrolled in a college or University.
Sophomore, Junior or Senior classification preferred with a concentration in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or a degree relevant to the department the internship will be completed in.
Must have a 3.0 GPA or above
Bilingual— English/Spanish a plus
Excellent PC skills, including word processing and spreadsheets via Microsoft Office products, Adobe Pro and other custom applications and systems.
Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent analytical, time management, organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task and work in a deadline-driven environment.
Must be self-motivated with strong initiative, high level of accountability, and attention to detail.
Must be versatile and have a willingness to assist and perform duties with enthusiasm.
Ability to always maintain a high degree of ethical standards and complete confidentiality.
BANK SECRECY ACT (BSA) All employees of Vantage Bank Texas, herein referenced to as the “Bank”, must comply with the terms of the BSA Policy upon acceptance of this position.
