This schedule for this internship is 40 hours per week Monday-Friday. Days of the week and work hours may change due to business needs. Here's what you'll do (Under supervision and direction of Communications Specialist) : Support management of internal communications platforms. Including but not limited to onsite tv’s, bulletin boards, campus signage, and interactive touch screens Audit media platforms for current content and any errors that need resolution Create high-quality and engaging content across various channels Work closely with other departments to align content with overall communications and trade marketing strategies and campaigns Serve as administrator and producer on monthly companywide Webcasts Create and distribute trade marketing collateral, including promotional material, sell sheets, and digital content Prepare and organize promotional materials, product samples, and event supplies Assist in planning, organizing, and executing trade shows, expos, and industry events Administrative duties as assigned to support Communications and Trade Marketing team

Requirements

• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Minimum of beginner proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-directed and able to work autonomously
• Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
