Marketing Summer Intern 12-week paid internship | 1st Shift | In-office Reports to: Director of Consumer Marketing PROGRAM OVERVIEW The Marketing Intern at Bell & Evans is an opportunity to expand the real-life learning opportunities for a Business Marketing major. This position will work within the Marketing Department and will be responsible for assisting the organization in the development and implementation of its marketing, business development, and communication plans.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field within an accredited College of Business (junior standing preferred)
- Strong understanding of marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices, including digital marketing and social media platforms
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus
Responsibilities
- Support marketing projects including new packaging design, POS creation, research, and business analysis
- Assist with the development of customer presentations, press releases, and internal/external communications
- Support execution of POS requests, including inventory tracking and material accuracy
- Coordinate meetings and calls with outside vendors and partners
- Complete a defined capstone project and present findings to company management at the conclusion of the internship
- Prepare and share weekly update reports with the Marketing department and executive leadership
- Interact with team members across all levels of the organization
