Program Overview Interns contribute to substantive prosecution work under the guidance of an attorney mentor—encompassing office actions, drafting, prior art research, and preparation of appeal briefs—while engaging in appropriate client interactions. Who we are looking for Current law students with a B.S. in CS, CE, ME, or EE (equivalent degrees considered); advanced degrees a plus Technical work experience valued (software, hardware, networking, etc.) Demonstrated interest in patent law; USPTO registration a plus Format Program runs June–August; dates customizable Location: Minneapolis or San Jose - attendance in person required
