Requirements

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative mindset with interest in employee engagement and culture
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn

Nice To Haves

Comfortable working with data, Excel, or dashboards (a plus)

Responsibilities

Assist with recruiting initiatives, including developing a college tour program and campus outreach strategies
Create and standardize HR templates (job postings, communications, onboarding materials)
Support employee engagement and well-being initiatives, including planning activities and events
Help build and maintain HR dashboards and reporting tools (tracking recruiting, engagement, etc.)
Draft and support employee communications (announcements, newsletters, campaigns)
Assist in updating and maintaining HR documents, processes, and materials
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various HR projects
