About The Position

Join Talpa Supermercados this summer as a Human Resources & Recruiting Intern and gain hands-on experience supporting impactful HR initiatives across our growing organization. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our HR team on recruiting, employee engagement, and communications projects that directly influence our workforce and culture.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative mindset with interest in employee engagement and culture
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn

Nice To Haves

  • Comfortable working with data, Excel, or dashboards (a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruiting initiatives, including developing a college tour program and campus outreach strategies
  • Create and standardize HR templates (job postings, communications, onboarding materials)
  • Support employee engagement and well-being initiatives, including planning activities and events
  • Help build and maintain HR dashboards and reporting tools (tracking recruiting, engagement, etc.)
  • Draft and support employee communications (announcements, newsletters, campaigns)
  • Assist in updating and maintaining HR documents, processes, and materials
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various HR projects
