About The Position

This summer internship offers a preview of a career in financial advisory, providing real-world experience within a fast-paced, growing organization and a collaborative environment. The '26 summer interns will contribute to the company, teams, and advisors across various business units and functions. Interns will be part of a cohort of smart, ambitious, and curious individuals. The program runs from the beginning of June through the end of July 2026 and will be located at Goldstien Advisors in Madison, WI, and other member firms nationwide. Interns will work on key projects with specific goals and activities defined by their assigned group leaders, gaining a deeper understanding of the financial services industry, market insights, technology platforms, and how the company provides services and support to its firms. The internship program welcomes students from all backgrounds, with a strong encouragement for those passionate about wealth management, and is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Requirements

Minimum 3.0 GPA
Should understand basic Excel, PowerPoint, and Word functions
Highly motivated and driven individual
Demonstrated ability to work well with teams
Strong time-management capabilities
Analytical and problem-solving individual with the ability to understand and interpret numeric data
Strong interpersonal skills and an interest in working in a client-service-oriented environment
Basic knowledge and/or a keen interest in finance and a strong desire to gain further understanding of the wealth management business
