About The Position

To learn the overall strategy of the department while assisting with the day-to-day functions and special projects.

Requirements

  • A high school education or GED.
  • Must be currently attending an accredited college or university working towards a bachelor's degree in a business or a related field.
  • Must be professional, courteous and friendly, with the ability to communicate in an enthusiastic and effective manner.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer and telephone skills are required.
  • Must be knowledgeable of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with training logistics by scheduling training sessions, preparing materials and resources, and sending invitations.
  • Coordinate with trainers, speakers, and attendees.
  • Help design training content, research new training topics and tools, and review and update existing training resources.
  • Track attendance and participation to help analyze training effectiveness through surveys or data collection.
  • Set up online training or webinars using the company’s learning management system and troubleshoot basic technical issues for virtual sessions.
  • Send reminders and follow-ups relating to training opportunities.
  • Assist in promoting training programs internally.
  • Organize files, update databases, keep documentation up to date, and support other HR and L&D projects as needed.
