About The Position
Our mission is to empower young professionals by offering enriching experiences, mentorship, and essential resources to succeed in a rapidly growing field. As a Libra Industries Intern, you will engage in hands-on work in a targeted business area, enhancing skills in time management, effective communication, data analysis, and teamwork. This position will provide you with valuable practical experience by working in a professional environment and developing your business acumen. Duration: June 8th to August 14th (flexible depending on dates of summer term) Length: 10 weeks Hours: Monday through Friday (6-8hrs/day, 30-40 hours/week) Salary: $18.00/hr Location: Onsite: Dallas, TX facility or Dayton, OH facility (Relocation is not available)
Requirements
- Must be actively enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university, working toward a bachelor’s degree.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to communicate effectively with various levels of management, vendors, and customers.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
- Integrity, dependability, enthusiasm, and confidentiality.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Interns will be assigned a Capstone Project to be presented to executive leadership at the conclusion of the program.
- Each project will provide interns with an opportunity to create solutions that display their perspective and acquired knowledge.
- These projects could even be implemented into our everyday business practices.
