Requirements

• CAD experience
• 3D Printing
• GD&T, Reading/Revising blueprints & ECNs
• Metallurgy knowledge
• Understanding of Micrometers and Calipers
• Excel experience
• Writing/Revising Work Instructions
• Working with Systems and Automation Engineers in manufacturing areas on time studies, layouts, and Automation/Robotics design, programming and installation
• Working with ERP system (JD Edwards), Updating Bills of Materials, assigning part numbers for product components, and using Excel to analyze skews

Responsibilities

• Assisting Design Engineers
• Assisting in Quality Department
• Assisting Materials/Supply Chain team
• Working with the EHS Manager to assist with Manufacturing Ergonomics review and redesign, New or Revised cell Safety Reviews, and Environmental Assessments and Report Filings following local, state and federal guidelines.
