About The Position

You’ll collaborate with industry leaders, contribute to exciting projects, and learn how a top-tier landscaping company operates - from the ground up. Whether you're passionate about design, business, marketing, or construction, we’ve got a spot for you to grow, learn, and make an impact. About the Program Our internship is immersive and hands-on. You’ll gain exposure across departments, receive mentorship from seasoned professionals, and contribute to work that shapes beautiful, functional outdoor spaces for our clients. This is a fully on-site role based in Columbus, OH, with hours generally from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Requirements

Are currently enrolled in a degree program related to your field of interest
Communicate clearly and enjoy working on a team
Are curious, motivated, and eager to learn by doing
Want to build a career in landscaping, design, or business operations
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Landscape Design, Architecture, or a related field
Knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar)
Strong attention to detail and creativity
Willingness to learn and work in a team environment

Responsibilities

Participate in real projects from day one
Shadow professionals across different departments
Attend team meetings and company-wide events
Take part in training sessions, mentorship, and feedback loops
Wrap up your experience with a final presentation highlighting your growth
Assist in the creation of landscape and pool designs, collaborate on proposals, and contribute creative ideas
Help develop campaigns, create content, and manage social media
Gain hands-on experience in construction, maintenance, or pool service alongside our expert crews
Support accounting tasks, budgeting, and reporting
