ENC Internship Program: May - July 2026 Riverside, CA Founded in 1975, ENC (ElDorado National – California) is a leading U.S. transportation manufacturer with over 50 years of experience delivering safe and reliable vehicles to customers across the country. Headquartered in Riverside, California, we design and manufacture heavy-duty transit buses, shuttles and cargo. Each vehicle is built end-to-end in our purpose-built facility. We offer one of the industry’s widest portfolios of power options, including 100% battery-electric, diesel-electric hybrid, CNG, and clean diesel. Internship Overview: The ENC Internship Program is a 10-week program focused on skills development in a variety of opportunities throughout ENC, while maximizing opportunities for learning and professional experience. Internships are available for 3 months (10 weeks) on a full-time or part-time basis. Hours and work schedules will be determined based on your availability and the department’s needs. Interns will have the opportunity to collaborate with staff at all levels on projects to aid in their career development and gain insight into a career in commercial transit manufacturing. Interns will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, mentorship and networking. Why intern with us? Selected interns will receive an offer to begin at the start of program launch May 26, 2026. Duration: May-July 2026 Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm Pay: $20-23/hr.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (Junior or Senior standing)
- Ability to work 32-40 hours per week for the full duration of the internship program
- Onsite requirement
- Demonstrate interest in pursuing long-term career opportunities with ENC beyond the internship
- Strong motivation and drive to learn, contribute and grow within a dynamic team environment.
