About The Position

Giant Noise is a Texas-based integrated marketing and advertising agency combining PR, creative, and marketing strategy to create newsworthy stories for our clients through earned media, social media management, influencer partnerships, and brand storytelling. We are seeking enthusiastic, proactive, and detail-oriented interns to join our Rotational Summer Internship Program. This paid internship offers hands-on experience across multiple disciplines, giving interns meaningful exposure to real client work and a comprehensive understanding of agency operations. PROGRAM STRUCTURE Interns will rotate through the following departments: Public Relations Digital Creative Business Development Participants will gain exposure to each team’s workflows, tools, and client strategies, contributing to projects that may include research, content creation, media and influencer support, creative production, analytics reporting, and new business initiatives. This program is ideal for students or recent graduates eager to explore different areas of communications and marketing while building a well-rounded foundation in agency life.

Requirements

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • High proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with social media platforms
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks
  • Interest in learning industry terminology and understanding the competitive landscape
  • Currently enrolled in, or a recent graduate (within the past six months) of, an accredited college or university pursuing or having completed a degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, Communications, Design, or a related field
  • Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Support the PR team in executing client campaigns
  • Draft press materials, including cover letters and media alerts
  • Research media outlets and identify pitching opportunities
  • Create and manage media lists using tools like Muck Rack
  • Monitor and organize press coverage
  • Assist in building and maintaining clients' social presence
  • Curate and develop social media copy and visuals
  • Schedule digital content across platforms
  • Support monthly analytics reporting
  • Research influencers and build outreach lists
  • Assist with photoshoots and influencer mailers
  • Attend client events as needed
  • Collaborate with the Creative team to produce visual and digital content
  • Develop content for client social channels
  • Support photo and video shoots (equipment, styling, modeling if needed)
  • Edit photo and video content using industry-standard software
  • Create brand-aligned digital and social assets
  • Assist with brainstorming and creative concepting
  • Support production and administrative tasks
  • Gain exposure to agency growth strategy and proposal development
  • Research potential clients, industries, and market opportunities
  • Support proposal and presentation development
  • Participate in strategy discussions
  • Maintain and organize new business databases and materials
