About The Position

Join our 2025 Summer Internship Program, a 9-week immersive opportunity in Midtown Manhattan, New York City, where your work will have a real impact. We are seeking motivated, curious, and driven interns to join teams across multiple business functions, including Finance & Reporting, Human Resources (Systems/AI and Communications), and Data Architecture & Information Technology (IT). This program offers a chance to build skills, expand your network, and contribute to meaningful work supporting healthcare providers nationwide.

Requirements

• Current college students (rising juniors or seniors preferred)
• Strong interest in healthcare, business, and/or innovation
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Self-starters who thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment
• Curious, analytical thinkers who enjoy solving problems and bringing fresh ideas

Nice To Haves

• Previous internship experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with experienced professionals who are invested in your growth
• Take ownership of meaningful, real-world projects within your team
• Participate in team meetings, cross-functional initiatives, and leadership discussions
• Design and execute an Innovation Project of your choice, culminating in a presentation to senior leadership
• Receive mentorship, feedback, and career development support throughout the program
