About The Position

Johnson Matthey, a global leader in sustainable technologies, is offering openings in its 2026 US Internship Program. This 10-12 week program across various US locations and business sectors provides meaningful roles designed to promote team building, develop presentation/personal skills, and enhance technical skillsets. The program is robust and challenging, ideal for individuals passionate about pushing their comfort zones. Interns will receive mentoring, coaching, and expert career advice, along with participation in workshops to build critical skills for future leaders. Opportunities are available in three streams: Science, Operations, and Support Functions. Requirements

Working towards a BS in Finance, Supply Chain, Economics or related field (for Support Functions Stream)
Working towards a BS in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or related field (for Operations Stream)
Working towards a BS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science or related field (for Science Stream)
Minimum Overall GPA of 2.7 required
Demonstrated leadership skills, a true career aspiration to be a leader and must be adaptable, strive for excellence, and demonstrate a positive attitude in the face of adversity
Strong interpersonal skills a must, coupled with a proven ability to build collaborative relationships to achieve results
Proficiency with Microsoft Office required
Strong problem solving and analytical skills essential
Must be legally authorized to work in the US
