Responsibilities
- Help our engineers and technicians improve manufacturing processes and reduce waste
- Support daily production by troubleshooting issues and testing solutions
- Assist with quality checks, data collection, and making things run more efficiently
- Work on prototypes, tooling, and equipment setups alongside experienced team members
- Pitch in on projects involving CAD, automation, maintenance, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with different departments — from the factory floor to planning and engineering and other supporting departments.
