About The Position

Penske Automotive Group is looking for a motivated and hard-working Summer Intern near West Palm Beach to join our summer internship program. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn about the inner workings of all the departments within an automotive dealership and discover your passion! PAG Interns receive the opportunity to obtain hands-on experience within each department of the dealership thereby gaining insight of the automotive industry. The Intern will have the chance to work in all departments throughout the market, including Sales, Accounting, Finance, Service, and Human Resources! Full-time, 10-week paid internship available to local college Juniors and Seniors. Gain comprehensive knowledge of automotive dealership departments, people, and processes. Practical hands-on experience within each department of the dealership (Sales, Service Department, and Business Office). Work closely with Department Managers or/and General Manager for additional training, support, and development. Requirements

  • Junior or Senior undergraduate standing, graduate students and recent graduates considered.
  • Excellent research, writing and communication skills.
  • Sincere desire to work in automotive retail.
  • Ability to produce results in a fast paced, results driven environment.
