An internship with ERMCO will provide a variety of experiences and exposure to the specific professions through meaningful project work that contributes to the overall strategic business goals of ERMCO. This internship is opportunity is located in Bristol, WI, and is a support‑based role where the intern works alongside experienced maintenance technicians to gain hands‑on exposure to industrial maintenance in a production environment. Responsibilities include assisting with equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, tool and materials organization, routine inspections, basic adjustments, and minor repairs. What Success Looks Like:By the end of the summer, a successful intern will demonstrate the ability to respond to basic maintenance calls, follow standard troubleshooting steps, and safely use tools while working around industrial equipment. The intern should show growing confidence, sound problem‑solving skills, and a clear understanding of how maintenance supports production reliability and efficiency.
