We partner with the agency’s Management teams to develop strategies in workforce planning, recruitment, training and performance management (EPRS & MassPerform). HRB is responsible for maintaining employee records, reviewing and monitoring transactions related to the payroll systems (HR/CMS), and overseeing all DOR (MassCareers) recruitment initiatives. The Human Resources Intern will play a key role in organizing and preparing personnel files for a move. The HR Intern will audit the state of current files, create an organizational system and research/prepare files for transfer to archives. There will also be opportunities for the HR intern to assist with other HR projects regarding onboarding and orientation plus gain exposure to human resources in the public sector.
