The Human Resources Intern supports the HR team in enhancing the employee experience from the point of offer acceptance through onboarding and early employment. This role will play an active part in helping design, build, and implement a more structured onboarding program for the organization, while also supporting new employee integration, development of a buddy program, implementation of the company’s Learning Management System (LMS), and general HR administrative support. The intern will work closely with the HR team to support initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, training, communication, and overall organizational effectiveness.
